This resolution authorizes cancellation of DPW, Invoice No. 66592-76, for the removal of a drive approach and construct curb at 1322 West Cleveland Avenue billed to Jack and Ester Spector, in the amount of $3,827.62, on December 5, 1996.

BODY:
Whereas, On August 9, 1996, DPW/Field Operations removed a drive approach and constructed a curb located at 1322 West Cleveland Avenue on the 14th Street side; and
Whereas, Jack and Ester Spector were re-billed on DPW Invoice No. 67406-60 on May 15, 1997, in the amount of $1,786.00 as the cost of the work was less than the estimated amount of $3,827.62; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that DPW, Invoice No. 66592-76, dated December 12, 1996 in the amount of $3,827.62 billed to Jack and Ester Spector be and the same is hereby cancelled.
