This ordinance adds health clinics to the list of land uses for which special use approval from the board of zoning appeals is required in the regional shopping zoning districts. Currently, health clinics are a prohibited use in regional shopping districts.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 295-343-5-d of the code is created to read:
295-343. Special Uses.
5. HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICE FACILITIES.
d. Health clinics.
