Analysis

This zoning change was requested by Vangard Group and will permit this site to be joined with 1431 East North Avenue, which is zoned LB3.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 2215 North Cambridge Avenue, Tax Key No. 355-0140-000, from Multi-Family Residential (RM6) to Local Business (LB3).
