This resolution directs the City Clerk's Office to conduct an analysis of the costs and benefits of selling each of the 5 City-owned downtown parking structures and to provide a written report of the findings of this analysis to the Common Council within 180 days.
BODY:
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the City Clerk's Office is directed to conduct an analysis of the costs and benefits of selling each of the 5 City-owned downtown parking structures, which are located at MacArthur Square, North 2nd Street and North Plankinton Avenue, North 4th Street and West Highland Avenue, North Milwaukee Street and West Michigan Street, and 1000 North Water Street; and, be it
 
Further Resolved, That the City Clerk's Office is directed to provide a written report of the findings of this analysis to the Common Council within 180 days of the date of adoption of this resolution; and, be it
 
Further Resolved, That the Department of Public Works is directed to cooperate with the City Clerk's Office in the performance of this analysis.
