Title

Substitute resolution conditionally approving a final Certified Survey Map for land located on the south side of West Mount Vernon Avenue east of North 12th Street, in the 4th Aldermanic District.

 

Analysis

This resolution conditionally approves a final Certified Survey Map that redivides two lots into three lots for future development and dedicates land for public street purposes.

 

Body

Whereas, the Department of City Development received an application requesting the approval of a final certified survey map by the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee & MV3, LLC; and

 

Whereas, Section 119-5 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances allows for conditional approval of final certified survey maps; and

 

Whereas, Section 119-10 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances requires every certified survey map have attached a certificate of the city treasurer; and

 

Whereas, The City received one final CSM, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File, which dedicates land to the City for public purposes; and

 

Whereas, In compliance with the above-referenced chapter of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances, CPC has reviewed and conditionally approved said CSM; now, therefore, be it

 

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the following certified survey map be and hereby is conditionally approved, with the conditions outlined in Attachment A:
