Title
Ordinance relating to the First Amendment to a Detailed Planned Development (DPD) known as Park Place, Stage 26, Liberty IV, on land located on the North Side of West Liberty Drive and West of North 107th Street, in the 5th Aldermanic District. (DCD)
Analysis
This ordinance will allow for site plan modifications to obtain LEED certification for a previously approved office building within Park Place.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee ("Common Council"), do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances ("Code") a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-907(2)(b).0078.
(1) In accordance with the provisions of Section 295-907(2) of the Code relating to the establishment of planned development districts, the Common Council approves the subject amended Detailed Planned Development, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit A which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and made a part as though fully set forth herein.
(2) The zoning map is revised to change the zoning for the area bounded and described as being part of Parcel 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 6998, located in the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 18, Township 8 North, Range 21 East, City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest Corner of said Parcel 1; thence North 86 deg. 50 min. 45 sec. East along the north line of said Parcel 1 along the south line of West Calumet Road, 1254.04 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence continuing North 86 deg. 50 min. 45 sec. East along said north line and along said south line, 505.31 feet to the Northwest Corner of Parcel 3 of Certified Survey Map No. 6246; thence South 00 deg. 31 min. 23 sec.
