Analysis

This resolution authorizes the Commissioner of Public Works to install a new traffic signal at the intersection of West Burleigh Street and North 46^th Street.

Body:

Whereas, Traffic control signals have been requested for this intersection by the Alderman; and

Whereas, The total estimated cost of this installation is $50,000; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the Commissioner of Public Works be and hereby is authorized and directed to install a new traffic control signal at the intersection of West Burleigh Street and North 46^th Street; and, be it

Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is hereby authorized to transfer funds from the contingency account into Project/Grant Number ST220030207.

Location:  West Burleigh Street and North 46^th Street

Transfer from the contingency account the estimated cost of $50,000 to Project/Grant Number ST220030207.
