Analysis
This ordinance provides that no performance bond shall be required for environmental services contracts for services performed on city-owned properties, privately-owned tax-delinquent properties for which legal rights of entry have been granted to the city, or on properties that may be considered for acquisition by the city.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 304-22 of the code is created to read:
304-22. Environmental Services Contracts. No performance bond shall be required for environmental services contracts for services performed on city-owned properties, privately-owned tax-delinquent properties for which legal rights of entry have been granted to the city, or on properties that may be considered for acquisition by the city.
