Title
Ordinance relating to the approval of the 12th Amendment to the general plan for a General Planned Development (GPD) known as Park Place, located North of West Good Hope Road and West of North 107th Street, in the 5th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This ordinance will allow for Type B freestanding signs.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee ("Common Council") do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances ("Code") a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-907(2)(a).0012.
(1) In accordance with the provisions of Section 295-907 of the Code relating to the establishment of planned development districts, the Common Council approves said amended General Planned Development, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit A which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and made a part as though fully set forth herein.
(2) The zoning map reaffirms the area bounded by that part of Lot 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 4351, located in the Southwest 1/4 and Southeast 1/4 of Section 18, Town 08 North, Range 21 East, City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the most Southerly Corner of Lot 1 of said Certified Survey Map No. 4351; thence North 62 deg. 23 min. 22 sec. East 400.60 feet; thence North 27 deg. 36 min. 38 sec. West 230 feet; thence North 62 deg. 23 min. 22 sec. East 187 feet; thence North 07 deg. 27 min. 46 sec. East 123.06 feet; thence South 35 deg. 33 min. 04 sec.
