Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Multi-Family Residence (R/D/40), Parking (P/D/40) and Local Business (L/D/40) to Industrial (I/D/40), on land located on the South Side of West Meinecke Avenue and East of North 25th Street, in the 7th Aldermanic District.

This substitute ordinance will allow for a combination of light industrial, retail and office uses.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-520(4).0010. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the centerline of West Meinecke Avenue, the centerline of West Medford Avenue, the centerline of North 24th Street, the section line of West North Avenue, the centerline of North 24th Place, a line 200 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Meinecke Avenue, a line 132 feet West and parallel to the west line of North 24th Street, a line 75 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Meinecke Avenue and the centerline of North 25th Street, from Multi-Family Residence (R/D/40), Parking (P/D/40) and Local Business (L/D/40) to Industrial (I/D/40).
