Substitute ordinance to further amend the 1998 rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service under control of the Common Council.
BODY
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 2 of ordinance File Number 970830 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:
Under Salary Grade 004, add the title "Field Operations Inspection Specialist."
Under Salary Grade 006, delete the title "CDBG Fiscal Analyst-Senior" and add the newly-created title "Health Enforcement Specialist."
Under Salary Grade 013, delete the title "Sewer Services Engineer" and add the title "Sewer Services Manager." Under Salary Grade 016, delete the title "Infrastructure Operations Manager" and add the title "Infrastructure Field Operations Manager.
"Part 2. Section 2 of ordinance File Number 970830 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby further amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 1997 - December 29, 1996):
