Minutes note: Mr. Andrew Stern said the garage is behind the house and is non-historic. The applicant is proposing to re-side the garage with smooth Hardy plank and also re-do the garage roof in Hunter Green, which would match the house. The applicant would like to add solar panels to the garage, which does meet HPC guidelines.
