This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.
BODY:
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:
4th Aldermanic District
N. 28th St. - W. Wisconsin Ave. to W. Kilbourn Ave. WT41001066: Relay water main. (Nonassessable Water Fund -- $5,000)
11th Aldermanic District
W. Norwich Ct. - 470 ft. m/l east of S. 50th St. to S. 50th St. WT41091312: Relay water main.
S. 57th St. - W. Stack Dr. to 250 ft. m/l south of S. 58th St. (Cul-du-Sac) WT41091332: Relay water main.
S. 57th St. (Cul-du-Sac) at 250 ft. m/l south of S. 58th St. WT41091333: Relay water main.
13th Aldermanic District
S. 14th St. - 120 ft. m/l north of W. Leroy Ave. to 120 ft. m/l south of W. Leroy Ave. WT41091322: Relay water main.

Further Resolved, That all City Departments are authorized to perform engineering, surveys, plan preparation, and determine an estimated cost thereof; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized and directed to transfer such funds which are available for this purpose to the appropriate capital Project/Grant accounts.
