This ordinance will allow a church to occupy an existing building.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-501.2(b)0001. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the zoning line within the right-of-way along West Mill Road, a line 841.36 feet East and parallel to the east line of North Sherman Boulevard, a line 1117.90 feet East and parallel to the east line of North Sherman Boulevard and the north line of the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way, from Industrial (IL1) to Two-Family Residential (RT2).
