Title

This substitute ordinance changes the offices and positions in the following departments:
Health Department (Office of the Commissioner and Health Administration, Clinical Services Division, Environmental Health Division), Police Department, Department of Public Works - Operations Division (Fleet Services Section)

Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 240765 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under “Health Department, Office of the Commissioner and Health Administration, Finance & Administration”, delete footnote designation (PHI) from one position of “Grant Budget Specialist (Y) (PHI)” and add footnote designation (PHI) to one position of “Grant Compliance Coordinator (Y)”.

Under “Health Department, Clinical Services Division”, add two positions of “Public Health Nurse 3 (G)(X)(ODR)”, add two positions of “Public Health Educator II (X)(ODR)”, and add one position of “Program Assistant III (CDD)”.

Under “Laboratory”, delete footnote designation (PHYL) from one position of “Bioinformatician (LAMD)(PHYL)”.

Under “Sexual & Reproductive Health’, add one position of “Public Health Nurse - Leader (X)” and delete one position of “Public Health Nurse 3 (G)(X)”.

Under “Health Department, Environmental Health Division”, add footnote (BCHW) to read:

(BCHW) To expire 11/30/25 unless the 2025 Beach Water Monitoring grant is extended.

Under “Home Environmental Health”, add footnote designation (WIIN) to one position of “Environmental & Disease Control Specialist (X)”, add one position of “Home Environmental Health Inspector 4 (X)”, and delete five positions of “Home Environmental Health Inspector 4 (...
