This resolution grants a special privilege to Kulwinder Singh to construct and maintain a barrier free access ramp with steps, a set of wooden steps, and a wood fence in the public right-of-way for the premises at 200 East Chambers Street.
Body
Whereas, The applicant is requesting permission to construct and maintain a barrier free access ramp and a wooden set of steps in the public right-of-way; and

Whereas, A site visit revealed the presence of a wood fence in the public right-of-way; and

Whereas, Said items may only legally encroach into the public right-of-way by granting of a special privilege resolution adopted by the Common Council; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that Kulwinder Singh, 811 West Grange Avenue, #102, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53221, is hereby granted the following special privileges:

1. To construct and maintain a concrete barrier free access ramp with platform, steps and handrail projecting 4 feet 5 inches into the east, 20-foot wide sidewalk area of North Palmer Street. Said ramp commences at a point approximately 2 feet south of the northline of East Chamber Street and extends 32 feet 6 inches to the north. The ramp and platform are 2 feet tall at the highest point.

2. To construct and maintain a 2-foot tall set of wooden steps with platform projecting 2 feet 10 inches into the east, 20-foot wide sidewalk area of North Palmer Street. Said steps commence at a point approximately 44 feet north of the northline of East Chambers Street and extend north 7 feet 10 inches.
