Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

6th Aldermanic District

N. Vel R. Phillips Ave. - W. Vine St. to W. Reservoir Ave. (ST211260118). Install traffic calming speed hump(s). (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $1,985; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $6,415). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $8,400. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2026 construction season.

7th Aldermanic District

Alley between W. Keefe Ave., W. Townsend St., N. 46th St., N. 47th St. (ST212240104). File Number 251286: Concrete alley pavement reconstruction, replace some abutting walk or driveway approaches, grading, storm drainage facilities, and permeable pavement as necessary.
