Title
Substitute resolution authorizing the Health Department to enter into an agreement with the Federally Qualified Look-Alike Board.
Analysis
This resolution authorizes the Health Department to enter into an agreement with the Federally Qualified Look-Alike Board at the Johnston Community Health Center. One requirement of this type of facility is community involvement in the management and governance of the facility. A community-based Board of Directors, a majority of whom are users of the facility, fulfills this requirement.
