HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION
|
Minutes note: Staff Andrew Stern reported that the applicant LaQuita Hoskin received violation at 2377 North Sherman
Boulevard where eight windows were replaced with vinyl without a COA in April 2024.
Laketa Hoskin explained that her contractor, Universal Windows, did not pull the required permits and has been difficult to reach for resolution.
The commission denied the retroactive approval for the vinyl windows but granted a six-month "mothball" status to stay DNS fines while Ms. Hoskin pursues legal action or a resolution with the contractor.
Staff member Andrew Stein will contact the DNS inspector to inform them of the mothball status to assist in freezing the fine process for Ms. Hoskin.
Hold in committee until applicant submit the approved Mothball application. | | |
