Resolution relative to the cost participation and installation of traffic control signal improvements in conjunction with the Federal State aid paving and bridge construction on USH 41 from IH 94 to West Lisbon Avenue in the 10th and 15th Aldermanic Districts at a total estimated cost of $117,639.17, with one hundred percent of the total cost funded by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
Analysis
This resolution authorizes the Commissioner of Public Works and Comptroller to enter into a funding agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for installation of traffic control signals in conjunction with the Federal State aid paving and bridge construction on USH 41 from IH 94 to West Lisbon Avenue in the 10th and 15th Aldermanic Districts at a total estimated cost of $117,639.17, with one hundred percent of the total cost funded by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, and to install these improvements upon execution of the agreement. This resolution also authorizes the Comptroller to establish and transfer funds to the appropriate accounts for the project. The total estimated cost of the entire project is $120,000, with one hundred percent of the total cost funded by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.

Whereas, The traffic signals adjacent to USH 41 at West Wisconsin Avenue and North 46th Street and West Vliet Street and North 47th Street are maintained by the City of Milwaukee and will be impacted by paving and bridge construction, and
