Title
An ordinance relating to night parking permits for certain trucks.

Analysis
This ordinance permits non-commercial trucks with 6 tires (2 single tires on the front axle and 2 double tires on the rear axle) to apply for an all night parking permit.  The current ordinance prohibits vehicles with more than 4 tires from purchasing such permits.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1.  Section 101-27-2-b of the code is amended to read:
 
101-27.  All Night Parking.
 
2.      SPECIAL PERMIT.
 
b.  The owner of any motor truck with valid license plates issued by the Wisconsin department of transportation, division of motor vehicles, but not used for commercial purposes, and which is not larger than 21 feet in length, 7 feet in width, and 7 feet in height and which has no more than [[4 single tired wheels]]>>2 single-tired wheels on the front axle and no more than 2 single-tired or double-tired wheels on the rear axle<<, shall be eligible to purchase a special privilege permit for said vehicle as provided in this section.
