Analysis
This resolution directs the installation and construction of certain public improvements which have been determined to be nonassessable by the Commissioner of Public Works.
Body
Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Additional funds must be authorized to undertake the following improvements:

8th, 12th, and 16th Aldermanic Districts

W. National Ave. - S. 23rd St. to S. 34th St. (SM495030150) File Number 030460: Relay combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $800,000)

12th Aldermanic District

W. National Ave. - S. Cesar E. Chavez Dr. to S. 20th St. (SM495030166) File Number 030460: Relay combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $340,000)

14th Aldermanic District

Alley between E. Bennett Ave., S. Shore Dr., S. Superior St., and E. Texas Ave. (SM495030210) File Number 030339: Relay combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $300,000)
