Minutes note: Ms. Lopez said that the license was surrendered yesterday and that it is up to the committee's discretion to accept it or move forward with the revocation. Ald. Perez asked the committee to hear the neighbor's testimony. Nalani Gaona - 1980 S 13th St. - said that she wants to raise awareness and concern about this bar/location with so many things happening in a residential area like shootings, casings found, another fight right on her window after the man was murdered tight on her face and that the murdered man came out form there. She said that this is not needed in a residential area, that her son was shot at with 8 casings right outside of her door and that the music is ridiculously loud. Ald. Jackson moved to accept the surrendered licenses. There were no objections.
