Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

1st and 4th Aldermanic Districts

N. 27th St. - Bioretention Maintenance Contract (SM499210001) (Storm Water Quality - Nonassessable Water Quality Projects to meet TMDL Requirements -- $10,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $51,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2021 construction season.

2nd, 5th and 9th Aldermanic Districts

N. 91st St. .-- Bioretention Maintenance Contract (SM499210003) (Storm Water Quality - Nonassessable Water Quality Projects to meet TMDL Requirements -- $10,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $31,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2021 construction season.

7th and 15th Aldermanic Districts

N. Sherman Blvd. -- Bioretention Maintenance Contract (SM499210002) (Storm Water Quality - Nonassessable Water Quality Projects to meet TMDL Requirements -- $10,000).
