Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 140624 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under “Police Department”, amend footnote “(F)” to read as follows:

“Truancy Abatement Grant: Six positions to expire 6/12/2015 unless grant funding from the Milwaukee Public Schools continues.”

Part 2. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 140624 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2014 - December 22, 2013):

Under “Department of Employee Relations, Administration Division”, delete one position of “Administrative Assistant IV” and add one position of “Administrative Services Coordinator”.

Part 3. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 140624 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 22, 2014 - October 12, 2014):

Under “City Attorney, Administrative Division, delete two positions of “Legal Office Assistant IV”, delete seven positions of “Legal Office Assistant III”, add three positions of “Legal Office Assistant-Lead”, add two positions of “Legal Office Assistant-Senior”, and add four positions of “Legal Office Assistant”.

Under “Legal Division”, delete 34 positions of “Assistant City Attorney III (A)(Y)”, add 34 positions of “Assistant City Attorney V (A)(Y)”, delete two positions of “Assistant City Attorney III (0.8 FTE)(Y)”, and add 2 posi...
