This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.

BODY:

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

4th Aldermanic District

E. State St. - N. Edison St. to N. Prospect Ave. (821-4692-0): Water main alterations.

N. Water St. - E. Michigan St. to W. Wisconsin Ave. (858-0149-5): Relaying sanitary sewer.

8th Aldermanic District

S. 31st St. - W. Hayes Ave. to W. Arthur Ave. (859-0682-0): Relaying combined sewer.

10th Aldermanic District

W. Keefe Ave. - N. 23rd St. to N. 24th St. (858-0148-X): Relaying combined sewer.

Further Resolved, That all City Departments are authorized to perform engineering, surveys, plan preparation, and determine an estimated cost thereof.
