Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:

On West National Avenue from South Layton Boulevard to South 28^th Street

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West St. Paul Avenue from North 2^nd Street to a point 45 feet west

On the south side of West St. Paul Avenue from a point 120 feet west of North 3^rd Street to a point 30 feet west thereof

On the south side of West Wells Street from North 21^st Street to a point 50 feet west

On the east side of North Hawley Road from West Roder Court to a point 45 feet north

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the east side of North Fratney Street from West Vienna Avenue to West Melvina Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday”

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of North 19^th Street from West Fiebrantz Avenue to West Hope Avenue

On the north side of West Olive Street from North 17^th Street to north 19^th Street

Part 5.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

On South 28^th Street from West Pierce Street to West National Avenue

On South 18^th Street from West Hayes Avenue to West Windlake Avenue.
