Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

1st Aldermanic District

N. 24th Pl. - W. Capitol Dr. to W. Hope Ave. (ST211240105/ST221240703) Install traffic calming speed hump(s). (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $3,545; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $1,000; Traffic Calming Assessment Offset -- $7,855). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $12,400. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2024 construction season.

N. 41st St. - W. Green Tree Rd. to W. Kiley Ave. (ST211240152/ST221240704) Install traffic calming speed hump(s).
