Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper city officers be and they hereby are authorized and directed to issue a city check in the total sum of $175.00 payable to Napoleon Hill, 3745 North 6th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53212, to reimburse him for towing and storage fees; and, be it
Further Resolved, That members have reviewed the records relating to the incident leading up to the towing of the claimant's automobile, and heard testimony both from the claimant and City representatives. Despite the recommendation of the City Attorney's office to pay a reduced amount to the claimant, members of the Committee voted to reimburse the claimant for the full amount of $175.00. This resolution would release the City from any further liability arising from this incident; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the check is to be delivered upon presentation of a proper release, approved by the City Attorney; said amount to be charged to Account No. 636505, Fund - 0001, Organization - 1490, Program - 2631, Sub Class - S118.
