Analysis
This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

1st Aldermanic District

N. 19th St. – W. Fiebrantz Ave. to W. Olive St. (SM495020214): Relaying sanitary sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $9,000)

N. 20th St. – W. Fiebrantz Ave. to 200 feet m/l north of W. Fiebrantz Ave. (SM495020215): Relaying sanitary sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $6,600)

N. 22nd St. – W. Olive St. to 300 feet m/l south of W. Roosevelt Dr. (SM495020216): Relaying sanitary sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $6,600)
