Title
Ordinance relating to the First Amendment to a General Planned Development (GPD) known as Brewers Hill Commons, on land located on the East Side of North Palmer Street and North of West Vine Street, in the 6th Aldermanic District. (DCD)
Analysis
This ordinance amends the previously approved General Planned Development (1) to increase the number of dwelling units to be permitted on Blocks “A” and “B,” (2) to permit an increase in the height of structures to be built on blocks “A” and “B,” and (3) to increase the total number of dwelling units to be permitted in the GPD.

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee (“Common Council”), do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances (“Code”) a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-907(2)(a).0008.
(1) In accordance with the provisions of Section 295-907(2) of the Code relating to the establishment of planned development districts, the Common Council approves the subject amended General Planned Development, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit A which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and made a part as though fully set forth herein.
(2) The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded and described by the centerline of North Killian Place, the centerline of East Brown Street, the centerline of North Buffum Street, a line 259.79 feet North and parallel to the north line of East Brown Street, a line 185 feet West and parallel to the west line of North Buffum Street, a line 289.8 feet North and parallel to the north line of East Brown Street, the centerline of North Hubbard Street, the centerline of East Brown Street, the centerline of North Palmer Street, a line 200 feet North and parallel to the north line of East Reservoir Avenue, a line 140.5 feet East and parallel to the east line of North Palmer Str...
