Minutes note: The court reporter was sworn in. The City Clerk put the question: Have the members of the Common Council read the Report and Recommendation of the Utilities and Licenses Committee, and any written exceptions, if filed, in this matter? All members indicated that they had done so. The City Clerk asked if any of the following were present and wished to address the Common Council: George Maddente was not present. Stephanie Shay was not present. Jason Metke was present. Areli Martinez-Benitez or Carpoforo Benitez was not present. Michelle Murphy was not present. Ald. Witkowiak moved to enter into the Committee of the Whole for the purpose of hearing from Jason Metke. There was no objection. Mr. Metke was sworn in and appeared before the Committee of the Whole. Asst. City Attorney Ed Ehrlich appeared on behalf of the office of the City Attorney. Ald. Witkowiak moved that the Committee rise. There was no objection. Ald. Bauman moved for suspension of the rules for the purpose of making a non-written motion. This was granted without objection. Ald. Bauman moved to return Mr. Metke's license to committee.
