BODY:
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the following easements offered to the City of Milwaukee:
Water Easement WE-351H, executed by the City of Greenfield, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Suburban Centers of Wisconsin, Inc., for a permanent water main easement in Parcel 2, C.S.M. 2007 feet north of West College Avenue, west of South 27th Street, in the City of Greenfield.
Water Easement WE-803B, executed by the City of Greenfield, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Eller Media Company, for a permanent water main easement 140 feet east of South 104th Street from 620 feet north of West Morgan Avenue to West Morgan Avenue, in the City of Greenfield.
Water Easement WE-813, executed by the Village of Hales Corners, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Whitnall Glen, LLC, a Wisconsin corporation, for a permanent water main easement at 482 feet southerly of West Forest Home Avenue and 1400 feet more or less easterly of South Lilac Lane, in the Village of Hales Corners.
are accepted, ordered recorded by the City Real Estate Officer, and thereafter kept on file in the Office of the City Comptroller.
