A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by striking the following:

"On West Waterford Avenue from a point 200 feet east of South 13^th Street to a point 400 east thereof"

Part 2.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of North Prospect Avenue from a point 532 feet north of North Maryland Avenue to a point 40 feet north thereof

On the south side of West Waterford Avenue from a point 200 feet east of South 13^th Street to a point 400 east thereof

On the north side of West Waterford Avenue from a point 200 feet east of South 13^th Street to a point 510 east thereof

Part 3.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of South Barclay Street from a point 85 feet north of East Florida Street to a point 65 feet north thereof

On West Freshwater Way from South 3^rd Street to a point 250 feet west

On the west side of North 6^th Street from a point 165 feet south of West Vliet Street to a point 40 feet south thereof

Part 4.  Section 101-27-9 of the Code relating to Night Parking Exceptions is amended by striking the following:

"On West Custer Avenue from North 60^th Street to North 64^th Street"
