This zoning change was requested by SRN Real Estate and will allow commercial uses on the site.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 603 North 36th Street, Tax Key No. 402-0106-100, from Industrial-Office (IO2) to Local Business (LB2).
