This resolution authorizes the annual reallocation of funds from the Space Planning - City Facilities Purpose Account to the Indirect Space Planning Sub-Account which is used for space utilization studies of City facilities.

BODY:
Whereas, The 1998 Capital Improvements Budget annually includes a general purpose account for space planning of City facilities; and
Whereas, In accordance with the guidelines of Capital Expenditures it is necessary to establish Capital Project Sub-Accounts for specific projects from the Capital Purpose Account; and
Whereas, A previously established Sub-Account, Indirect Space Planning, is the proper Sub-Account from which expenditures are made to carry out space utilization studies in various City facilities; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that $25,000 be reallocated from the Space Planning - City Facilities Fund Account Number 31-010-0001 to the Indirect Space Planning Account Number 31-010-1002.
