Whereas, Expenses related to snow and ice control were significantly higher than anticipated in the 1999 budget during the period from January through March of 1999; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized and directed to transfer up to $2,300,000 from the 1999 Common Council Contingent Fund to various accounts in the Department of Public Works as needed due to shortfalls as a result of higher than anticipated snow and ice control expenses.
