Body
WHEREAS, the Travaux Inc. solicited sealed bids by Official Notice Number 57970 during the period March 3, 2020 through March 17, 2020 for Framing and Drywall (MP-11) for Remodeling at Merrill Park; and

WHEREAS, one sealed bid was received by the deadline of 2:00 PM (CDST) on March 17, 2020; and

WHEREAS, the sealed bid was received and publicly opened on March 17, 2020, during which bidding procedure was conducted in compliance with the requirements of local, state, and federal regulations; and

WHEREAS, Dodge & Sons Builders LLC, a qualified and competent bidder, submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bid in the amount of $339,000.00; therefore, be it,

RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of Travaux Inc. that they hereby authorize and approve accepting the bid of and entering into a contract with Dodge & Sons Builders LLC for Framing and Drywall (MP-11) for Remodeling at Merrill Park; and, be it

FURTHER RESOLVED, that funds for these services will come from Merrill Park RAD Rehab Mixed-Financing,; and, be it

FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper officers of Travaux Inc. be and hereby are authorized and directed to properly execute said contract for and on behalf of Travaux Inc.; and, be it

FURTHER RESOLVED, that if any extensions of the time of performance are needed the officers of Travaux Inc. may approve such request without any further action of the Board of Directors of Travaux Inc.; and, be it

FURTHER RESOLVED, that all of above is contingent upon receiving the approval of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, if required; and, be it
