Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

1st Aldermanic District

W. Custer Ave. - N. 48th St. to N. 49th St. (ST211230106) Installing traffic calming speed hump(s). (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund - $1,080; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $1,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $8,200. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2023 construction season.

2nd Aldermanic District

N. 71st St. - W. Courtland Av. to W. Hampton Ave. (ST211220244) Installing traffic calming speed hump(s). (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund - $2,145; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $1,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $6,900. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2023 construction season.
