This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.

BODY:

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

9th Aldermanic District

W. Silver Spring Dr. (N/S) - N. 62nd St. to N. 64th St. (821-4522-5): Relaying water main.

17th Aldermanic District

W. Lloyd St. - N. 32nd St. to N. 35th St. (859-0677-3): Relaying combined sewer. (1999 Sewer Program)

All Aldermanic Districts

Sewer Exams by Field Operations as needed (858-0115-X): Doing sewer exams.

Sewer Structure Construction and Rehabilitation (858-0116-5): Rehabilitating manhole and catch basins.

Further Resolved, That all City Departments are authorized to perform engineering, surveys, plan preparation, and determine an estimated cost thereof.
