Whereas, On March 20, 1998, the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted File Number 971763 authorizing settlement of the claim of Ameritech City Attorney File No. 97-S-401; and
Whereas, In File Number 971359 adopted by the Common Council on March 20, 1998 the claim of Ameritech was denied and the City Attorney reasserts that the City of Milwaukee cannot be found liable in this matter; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that File Number 971763 is hereby rescinded.
