Analysis
This resolution provides funds for the inspection, repair and the replacement of underground conduit manholes at various locations due to the age and condition of the manholes, and it authorizes 2026 fund transfers for the general purposes indicated.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Department of Public Works is hereby authorized to inspect, repair and replace underground conduit manholes at various locations; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the Comptroller's Office is authorized to transfer up to $1,300,000 from the Underground Electrical Manholes Reconstruction Program budget, Account Number ST285260000, to the general-purpose sub-accounts indicated below:

Total 2026 Funds Authorized: $1,300,000
; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized to transfer funds as required without further Common Council authorization, the total amount of such transfer shall not exceed the amount authorized in the 2026 Underground Electrical Manholes Reconstruction Program Capital Improvement budget.
