This resolution makes a technical correction to an exhibit attached to Resolution File Number 981384, adopted on February 9, 1999, authorizing carryover of certain fund balances from 1998 to 1999 in accordance with s. 65.07 (1)(p), Wis. Stats., by correcting the number of an account included in the exhibit.

BODY:

Whereas, The Common Council, on February 9, 1999, adopted Resolution File Number 981384 authorizing carryover of certain fund balances from 1998 to 1999 in accordance with s. 65.07 (1)(p), Wis. Stats.; and

Whereas, It is necessary to make a technical correction to the exhibit attached to this resolution with respect to the correct account number for the Milwaukee Fire Department's "Special Teams Program"; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that account number 01-328-8500 as listed in Exhibit A attached to Resolution File Number 981384 is changed to 01-328-8506.
