Title
Substitute ordinance relating to a change in zoning from Industrial-Heavy and Two-Family Residential to Industrial-Mixed, to accommodate existing and future land uses, on land located North of West Lisbon Avenue between North 30th Street and North 31st Street, in the 15th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This zoning change was initiated by the Department of City Development to better accommodate existing uses and future uses of land within this portion of the 30th Street Industrial Corridor. The proposed Industrial-Mixed zoning is consistent with the recommendations of the Fond du Lac and North Area Plan and the Washington Park Area Plan.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-801.3.0016. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded and described by the zoning line within North 30th Street, the centerline of West Lloyd Street, the centerline of North 30th Street, a line 832 feet South and parallel to the south line of West North Avenue, the east line of the Soo Line Railroad Company right-of-way, a line 130 feet South and parallel to the south line of West North Avenue, the zoning line within the Soo Line Railroad Company right-of-way, the zoning line within West Garfield Avenue (extended), the zoning line within North 31st Street, the zoning line 120 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Brown Street, the zoning line along the west line of the Soo Line Railroad Company right-of-way, the zoning line 330 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Brown Street, the zoning line 120 feet East and parallel to the east line of North 31st Street, a line 630 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Brown Street, the centerline of North 31st Street, and the north line of West Lisbon ...
