Analysis

This substitute ordinance allows for the future construction of Phase 1 of a development known as Teutonia Avenue Togetherness.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

Section 295-601.2.0026. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area described and bounded by the zoning line within West Center Street, a line 133.79 feet East and parallel to the east line of North 15th Street, a line 112.18 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Center Street, the centerline of North 15th Street, a line 179 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Center Street, a line 165 feet East and parallel to the east line of North 15th Street, a line 213 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Center Street, a line 227 feet East and parallel to the east line of North 15th Street, a line 55 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Center Street, a line 243 feet East and parallel to the east line of North 15th Street, a line 35 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Center Street, and a line 241 feet East and parallel to the east line of North 15th Street, from Two-Family Residential (RT4) to Local Business (LB2).
