Analysis
This ordinance makes the following changes to food license regulations:

1. Revises and updates definitions relating to food licenses and permits.
2. Revises the temporary food dealer license regulations to include new regulations relating to seasonal markets and farm stands.
3. Adds regulations for community food programs.
4. Adds operational regulations for shared kitchens.
5. Adds regulations for food peddlers, including size limits for food peddler vehicles and carried containers.
