Resolution relating to Police Department overtime expenditure reports.

Analysis

This resolution rescinds Resolution File Number 021045, adopted on November 8, 2002, which requested the chief of police to quarterly submit to the Finance and Personnel Committee a report detailing the status of the department’s overtime expenditures. This resolution requests that such a report will be submitted to the Finance and Personnel Committee bi-annually.

Further Resolved, That the chief of police is requested to present bi-annually a report to the Finance and Personnel Committee detailing the status of the Police Department’s overtime expenditures.
