BODY:

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper city officers be and they hereby are authorized and directed to issue a city check in the sum of $1,364.00 payable to Attorney D. Michael Guerin, Gimbel, Reilly, Guerin & Brown Law Offices, 330 East Kilbourn Avenue, Two Plaza East, Suite 1170, Milwaukee, WI  53202 to reimburse him for legal fees for defense of the following police officers:

Sergeant Alan Johnson                        $660.00

Sergeant Jeffrey Cook                  $704.00

TOTAL                                               $1,364.00

Further Resolved, That the check is to be delivered upon presentation of a proper release, approved by the City Attorney; said amount to be charged to the Fire & Police Discipline & Citizen Complaint Account No. 636506, Fund - 0001, Organization - 1490, Program - 2631, Sub Class S198.
