This resolution authorizes the Commissioner of Public Works to install traffic control signals at the intersection of West Dana Court and South 84th Street and prepare and execute an agreement between the City and Opus North Corporation.
BODY:
Whereas, This intersection has been identified as needing traffic signals due to the continued development of Honey Creek Corporate Center; and
Whereas, The total estimated cost of this installation is $50,000 which is being provided by an irrevocable line of credit from the project developer, Opus North Corporation; and, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Commissioner of Public Works be and hereby is authorized and directed to install traffic control signals at the intersection of West Dana Court and South 84th Street and prepare and execute an agreement between the City of Milwaukee and Opus North Corporation for the design, construction, operation and maintenance of this new traffic signal; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is hereby authorized to create the appropriate subaccount for this installation as indicated:
