Title

Analysis
This substitute ordinance will allow for a change in side setback requirements.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-130(5).0015. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the centerline of West Clybourn Street, the centerline of North 29th Street, a line 270.3 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Clybourn Street and a line 120.1 feet West and parallel to the west line of North 29th Street from Multi-Family Residence (R/B/40) and Local Business (L/B/40) to Multi-Family Residence (R/C/40).
